Very Personable !

 We want to express our appreciation to Reece Nichols and especially to Rhonda Cox for the fast sale of our home.
We interviewed five agents when we decided to put our house on the market in April.  My son had recommended Rhonda. Around 2006 Rhonda helped him purchase his present town home and he was impressed by her efforts.  We have to admit, though, we were really reluctant to use Reece Nichols. Because it is so big, we were worried we would not get the attention needed to sell our house. Also, there were a lot of houses for sale in our neighborhood using Reece Nichols. 
However, when we talked to Rhonda we found her very personable.  Most of the agents we interviewed told us the same information, but what really clicked with us was Rhonda’s honesty about the housing market, her familiarity with High Ridge Manor and her knowledge of the Liberty School district.  These were points we thought would be key factors in selling our house.
We believe there are three components to a quick sale: timing, presentation of the house and agent/marketing. Of course, luck also plays a part. Rhonda began networking with other agents immediately upon signing a contract and that started the ball rolling. The fact that there were buyers ready to buy a three-bedroom home turned the timing of Rhonda’s initial contact with other agents into very good luck for us.  We are convinced that had Rhonda waited a couple of days for the information to get into the computer and start actively marketing our home, we would have missed to the opportunity to reach our buyers.
We told Rhonda we wanted to price our house to sell without giving the house away.  Her accurate pricing was another big factor in getting potential buyers in to see our house. 
Rhonda was very responsive to our questions and paranoia about the buyers being qualified. She contacted us on a regular basis to keep us up to date on every step of the process.  She calmed our fears but stayed realistic. 
We still cannot believe how smoothly and problem free the whole process was.  Over the past 35 years we have bought and sold four homes. Out of the four houses we have sold, this was by far the quickest and the least stressful. We have Rhonda to thank for that.
